국회법 제156조(징계의 요구와 회부)

① 의장은 제155조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 한 의원(이하 "징계대상자"라 한다)이 있을 때에는 윤리특별위원회에 회부하고 본회의에 보고한다.

(1) When웬 there^ð데어 is이즈 a어 member멤버 who후 has해즈 committed커미티드 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð디 acts액츠 listed리스티드 in인 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 Article아터클 155 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "person퍼슨 subject서브젝트 to투 discipline"),디서플런 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 shall섈 refer^r러^f퍼 the^ð더 matter매터 to투 the^ð더 Special스페실 Committee커미티 on안 Ethics에^θ씩스 and앤드 report^r리포트 it잇 to투 the^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 session.세션

② 위원장은 소속 위원 중에 징계대상자가 있을 때에는 의장에게 보고하며, 의장은 이를 윤리특별위원회에 회부하고 본회의에 보고한다.

(2) When웬 a어 member멤버 of어^v브 a어 committee커미티 is이즈 a어 person퍼슨 subject서브젝트 to투 discipline,디서플런 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 report^r리포트 it잇 to투 the^ð더 Speaker,스피커 and앤드 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 shall섈 refer^r러^f퍼 it잇 to투 the^ð더 Special스페실 Committee커미티 on안 Ethics에^θ씩스 and앤드 report^r리포트 it잇 to투 the^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 session.세션

③ 의원이 징계대상자에 대한 징계를 요구하려는 경우에는 의원 20명 이상의 찬성으로 그 사유를 적은 요구서를 의장에게 제출하여야 한다.

(3) When웬 members멤버즈 wish위시 to투 request^r리퀘스트 discipline디서플런 against어겐스트 a어 person퍼슨 subject서브젝트 to투 discipline,디서플런 they^ð데이 shall섈 submit서브밋 to투 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 a어 written^r리튼 request^r리퀘스트 stating스테이팅 the^ð더 grounds,그^r라운즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 support서포트 of어^v브 20 or오 more모 members.멤버즈

④ 징계대상자로부터 모욕을 당한 의원이 징계를 요구할 때에는 찬성의원을 필요로 하지 아니하며, 그 사유를 적은 요구서를 의장에게 제출한다.

(4) When웬 a어 member멤버 who후 has해즈 been빈 insulted인설티드 by바이 a어 person퍼슨 subject서브젝트 to투 discipline디서플런 requests^r리퀘스츠 discipline,디서플런 no노우 supporting서포팅 members멤버즈 are아 required,^r리콰이어드 and앤드 the^ð더 member멤버 shall섈 submit서브밋 to투 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 a어 written^r리튼 request^r리퀘스트 stating스테이팅 the^ð더 grounds.그^r라운즈

⑤ 제3항과 제4항의 징계 요구가 있을 때에는 의장은 이를 윤리특별위원회에 회부하고 본회의에 보고한다.

(5) When웬 there^ð데어 is이즈 a어 request^r리퀘스트 for^f포 discipline디서플런 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) or오 (4), the^ð더 Speaker스피커 shall섈 refer^r러^f퍼 it잇 to투 the^ð더 Special스페실 Committee커미티 on안 Ethics에^θ씩스 and앤드 report^r리포트 it잇 to투 the^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 session.세션

⑥ 윤리특별위원회의 위원장 또는 위원 5명 이상이 징계대상자에 대한 징계 요구를 하였을 때에는 윤리특별위원회는 이를 의장에게 보고하고 심사할 수 있다.

(6) When웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 or오 five^f파이^v브 or오 more모 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Special스페실 Committee커미티 on안 Ethics에^θ씩스 have해^v브 requested^r리퀘스티드 discipline디서플런 against어겐스트 a어 person퍼슨 subject서브젝트 to투 discipline,디서플런 the^ð더 Special스페실 Committee커미티 on안 Ethics에^θ씩스 may메이 report^r리포트 it잇 to투 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 and앤드 examine이그재민 it.잇

⑦ 제155조제10호에 해당하여 징계가 요구되는 경우에는 의장은 제1항, 제2항, 제5항 및 제6항에도 불구하고 해당 의원에 대한 징계안을 바로 본회의에 부의하여 지체 없이 의결하여야 한다.

(7) When웬 discipline디서플런 is이즈 requested^r리퀘스티드 on안 the^ð더 grounds그^r라운즈 of어^v브 Article아터클 155, subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 10, the^ð더 Speaker스피커 shall,섈 notwithstanding낫위^ð드스탠딩 paragraphs패^r러그^r래^f프스 (1), (2), (5) and앤드 (6), submit서브밋 the^ð더 disciplinary디서플러네^r리 motion모우션 against어겐스트 the^ð더 member멤버 directly더^r렉틀리 to투 the^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 session세션 and앤드 have해^v브 it잇 resolved^r리잘^v브드 without위^ð다웃 delay.딜레이
