National Assembly Act, Article 32-4 (Reporting Conflicts of Interest)

① 의원은 소속 위원회의 안건 심사, 국정감사 또는 국정조사와 관련하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 직접적인 이익 또는 불이익을 받게 되는 것을 안 경우에는 안 날부터 10일 이내에 윤리심사자문위원회에 그 사실을 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2024.3.12>

6. 최근 2년 이내에 퇴직한 공직자로서 퇴직일 전 2년 이내에 위원회의 안건 심사, 국정감사 또는 국정조사를 수행하는 의원과 국회규칙으로 정하는 범위의 부서에서 같이 근무하였던 사람

② 윤리심사자문위원회는 제1항에 따른 신고를 바탕으로 이해충돌 여부를 검토하여 의원이 소속 위원회 활동과 관련하여 이해충돌이 발생할 우려가 있다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 의견을 신고를 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 의장, 해당 의원 및 소속 교섭단체 대표의원에게 제출하여야 한다.
