국회법 제50조(간사)

① 위원회에 각 교섭단체별로 간사 1명을 둔다.

(1) Each이치 committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 for^f포 each이치 negotiating니고우쉬에이팅 group.그^r루프

② 간사는 위원회에서 호선하고 이를 본회의에 보고한다.

(2) Secretaries세크^r러테^r리즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 and앤드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 committee커미티 members멤버즈 and앤드 reported^r리포티드 to투 the^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 session.세션

③ 위원장이 사고가 있을 때에는 위원장이 지정하는 간사가 위원장의 직무를 대리한다.

(3) When웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties,두티즈 a어 secretary세크^r러테^r리 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chairperson's체어퍼슨즈 behalf.비해^f프

④ 위원장이 궐위된 때에는 소속 의원 수가 많은 교섭단체 소속 간사의 순으로 위원장의 직무를 대리한다.

(4) When웬 the^ð디 office오^f피스 of어^v브 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 vacant,^v베이컨트 the^ð더 secretaries세크^r러테^r리즈 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chairperson's체어퍼슨즈 behalf비해^f프 in인 order,오더 starting스타팅 with위^ð드 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 negotiating니고우쉬에이팅 group그^r루프 with위^ð드 the^ð더 most모우스트 members.멤버즈

⑤ 위원장이 위원회의 개회 또는 의사진행을 거부ㆍ기피하거나 제3항에 따른 직무대리자를 지정하지 아니하여 위원회가 활동하기 어려울 때에는 위원장이 소속되지 아니한 교섭단체 소속의 간사 중에서 소속 의원 수가 많은 교섭단체 소속 간사의 순으로 위원장의 직무를 대행한다.
