국회법 제54조의2(정보위원회에 대한 특례)

① 정보위원회의 회의는 공개하지 아니한다. 다만, 공청회 또는 제65조의2에 따른 인사청문회를 실시하는 경우에는 위원회의 의결로 이를 공개할 수 있다.

② 정보위원회의 위원 및 소속 공무원(의원 보좌직원을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)은 직무수행상 알게 된 국가기밀에 속하는 사항을 공개하거나 타인에게 누설해서는 아니 된다.

③ 정보위원회의 활동을 보좌하는 소속 공무원에 대해서는 국가정보원장에게 신원조사를 의뢰하여야 한다.

④ 이 법에서 정한 사항 외에 정보위원회의 구성과 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 국회규칙으로 정한다.
