국회법 제63조의2(전원위원회)

① 국회는 위원회의 심사를 거치거나 위원회가 제안한 의안 중 정부조직에 관한 법률안, 조세 또는 국민에게 부담을 주는 법률안 등 주요 의안의 본회의 상정 전이나 본회의 상정 후에 재적의원 4분의 1 이상이 요구할 때에는 그 심사를 위하여 의원 전원으로 구성되는 전원위원회(全院委員會)를 개회할 수 있다. 다만, 의장은 주요 의안의 심의 등 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 각 교섭단체 대표의원의 동의를 받아 전원위원회를 개회하지 아니할 수 있다.

② 전원위원회는 제1항에 따른 의안에 대한 수정안을 제출할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당 수정안은 전원위원장이 제안자가 된다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð더 Whole호울 may메이 submit서브밋 an앤 amendment어멘드먼트 to투 an앤 agenda어젠다 item아이텀 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1). In인 this^ð디스 case,케이스 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð더 Whole호울 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 proposer프^r로우포우저 of어^v브 the^ð디 amendment.어멘드먼트

③ 전원위원회에 위원장 1명을 두되, 의장이 지명하는 부의장으로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 Committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð더 Whole호울 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 chairperson,체어퍼슨 who후 shall섈 be비 a어 Vice-Speaker^v바이스-스피커 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Speaker.스피커

④ 전원위원회는 제54조에도 불구하고 재적위원 5분의 1 이상의 출석으로 개회하고, 재적위원 4분의 1 이상의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

⑤ 그 밖에 전원위원회 운영에 필요한 사항은 국회규칙으로 정한다.
