국회법 제67조(위원장의 보고)

① 위원장은 소관 위원회에서 심사를 마친 안건이 본회의에서 의제가 되었을 때에는 위원회의 심사 경과 및 결과와 소수의견 및 관련위원회의 의견 등 필요한 사항을 본회의에 보고한다.

② 위원장은 다른 위원으로 하여금 제1항의 보고를 하게 할 수 있다.

③ 위원장은 소위원회의 위원장 또는 간사로 하여금 보충보고를 하게 할 수 있다.

④ 위원장이 제1항의 보고를 할 때에는 자기의 의견을 덧붙일 수 없다.
