국회법 제79조(의안의 발의 또는 제출)

① 의원은 10명 이상의 찬성으로 의안을 발의할 수 있다.

② 의안을 발의하는 의원은 그 안을 갖추고 이유를 붙여 찬성자와 연서하여 이를 의장에게 제출하여야 한다.

(2) A어 member멤버 who후 introduces인트^r러두시즈 an앤 agenda어젠다 item아이텀 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 the^ð더 draft,드^r래^f프트 attach어태치 the^ð더 reasons,^r리즌즈 and앤드 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 jointly조인틀리 signed사인드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 supporters.서포터즈

③ 의원이 법률안을 발의할 때에는 발의의원과 찬성의원을 구분하되, 법률안 제명의 부제(副題)로 발의의원의 성명을 기재한다. <개정 2023.7.11>

④ 제3항에 따라 발의의원의 성명을 기재할 때 발의의원이 2명 이상인 경우에는 대표발의의원 1명을 명시(明示)하여야 한다. 다만, 서로 다른 교섭단체에 속하는 의원이 공동으로 발의하는 경우(교섭단체에 속하는 의원과 어느 교섭단체에도 속하지 아니하는 의원이 공동으로 발의하는 경우를 포함한다) 소속 교섭단체가 다른 대표발의의원(어느 교섭단체에도 속하지 아니하는 의원을 포함할 수 있다)을 3명 이내의 범위에서 명시할 수 있다. <신설 2023.7.11>

⑤ 의원이 발의한 법률안 중 국회에서 의결된 제정법률안 또는 전부개정법률안을 공표하거나 홍보하는 경우에는 해당 법률안의 부제를 함께 표기할 수 있다. <개정 2023.7.11>
