국회법 제83조의2(예산 관련 법률안에 대한 예산결산특별위원회와의 협의)

① 기획예산처 소관인 재정 관련 법률안과 상당한 규모의 예산상 또는 기금상의 조치를 수반하는 법률안을 심사하는 소관 위원회는 미리 예산결산특별위원회와의 협의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 소관 위원회의 위원장은 제1항에 따른 법률안을 심사할 때 20일의 범위에서 협의기간을 정하여 예산결산특별위원회에 협의를 요청하여야 한다. 다만, 예산결산특별위원회 위원장의 요청에 따라 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

③ 소관 위원회는 기획예산처 소관의 재정 관련 법률안을 예산결산특별위원회와 협의하여 심사할 때 예산결산특별위원회 위원장의 요청이 있을 때에는 연석회의를 열어야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

④ 소관 위원회는 제1항부터 제3항까지에 따른 협의가 이루어지지 아니하는 경우에는 바로 심사보고를 할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항에 따른 상당한 규모의 예산상 또는 기금상의 조치를 수반하는 법률안의 범위 등에 필요한 사항은 국회규칙으로 정한다.
