군사법원법 제227조의9(재판 외의 사유에 따른 절차 종료)

① 재판 외의 사유로 소송절차가 끝나는 경우 소송비용을 부담하게 할 때에는 사건이 최종 계속된 군사법원 또는 상소법원이 직권으로 결정하여야 한다. <개정 2021.9.24>
