Military Criminal Act, Article 28 (Sentry Leaving a Post)

초병이 정당한 사유 없이 수소를 이탈하거나 지정된 시간까지 수소에 임하지 아니한 경우에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 처벌한다.
