군형법 제52조(상관에 대한 폭행치사상)

Military Criminal Act, Article 52 (Violence against a Superior Resulting in Death or Injury)

① 제48조부터 제50조까지의 죄를 범하여 상관을 사망에 이르게 한 사람은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 처벌한다.
