Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Labor Welfare, Article 19 (Allotment of Employee Stock by Associations)

① 조합이 법 제37조에 따라 취득한 우리사주를 배정하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라야 한다. <개정 2019.7.2>

1. 다음 각 목에 해당하는 우리사주는 취득 즉시 조합원의 계정에 배정할 것

1. The^ð더 following^f팔로잉 employee엠플로이이 stock스탁 shall섈 be비 allotted얼라티드 to투 member멤버 accounts어카운츠 immediately이미디어틀리 upon어판 acquisition:애쿼지션

가. 회사ㆍ주주 등의 우리사주 출연과 법 제36조제1항제1호ㆍ제2호 및 제5호의 재원으로 취득한 우리사주

다. 조합원의 계정에 배정된 우리사주에 대한 무상증자를 통하여 취득한 우리사주

(c)시 Employee엠플로이이 stock스탁 acquired어콰이어드 through^θ쓰^r루 bonus보우너스 issues이슈즈 on안 employee엠플로이이 stock스탁 allotted얼라티드 to투 member멤버 accounts;어카운츠

2. 법 제36조제1항제3호의 재원 중 법 제42조제2항에 따른 약정을 체결하고 차입한 차입금으로 취득한 우리사주 및 해당 우리사주에 대한 무상증자를 통하여 취득한 우리사주는 조합의 계정에 보유하되, 차입금이 상환된 경우에는 상환액에 상당하는 우리사주를 즉시 조합원의 계정에 배정할 것

3. 법 제36조제1항제4호의 재원으로 취득한 우리사주는 조합의 계정에 보유하되, 최초로 상환시기에 이른 차입금을 상환한 경우에는 차입금 상환액에 해당하는 우리사주에 합산하여 조합원의 계정에 배정할 것

② 법 제36조제1항제1호 및 제5호의 재원으로 취득한 우리사주를 배정할 때 해당 기금이 조성될 당시의 조합원이 우리사주 취득일 전에 정년 등 고용노동부령으로 정하는 사유로 퇴직하는 경우에는 그 조합원에게도 우리사주를 배정하여야 한다.
