근로복지기본법 시행령 제34조(이전등기)

① 기금법인은 주된 사무소를 이전한 경우에는 이전 후 3주일 이내에 종전 소재지 또는 새 소재지에서 새 소재지와 이전 연월일을 등기해야 한다.

② 기금법인은 분사무소를 이전한 경우에는 이전 후 3주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 새 소재지와 이전 연월일을 등기해야 한다.
