근로복지기본법 제27조(지연이자)

공단이 보증채무를 이행하였을 때에는 해당 근로자로부터 그 지급한 대위변제금에 대하여 연이율 100분의 20을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이행일부터 근로자가 변제하는 날까지의 지연이자(遲延利子)를 징수할 수 있다. 이 경우 지연이자는 대위변제금을 초과할 수 없다.
