근로복지기본법 제44조(우리사주의 인출 등)

① 우리사주조합원은 제43조제2항에도 불구하고 우리사주조합이 해산하거나 우리사주조합원이 사망한 경우 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유가 발생한 경우에는 같은 항의 예탁기간 중임에도 불구하고 우리사주조합을 통하여 우리사주를 인출할 수 있다.

② 우리사주조합원이 우리사주를 인출하는 경우 우리사주조합은 규약에 따라 우리사주조합, 우리사주조합원 순서로 우선하여 매입하도록 할 수 있다.
