근로복지기본법 제60조(이사 등의 신분)

① 복지기금협의회의 위원, 이사 및 감사는 비상근(非常勤)ㆍ무보수로 한다.

(1) Members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 welfare웰^f페어 fund^f펀드 council,카운슬 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 auditors아더터즈 shall섈 serve서^v브 part-time파트-타임 and앤드 without위^ð다웃 pay.페이

② 사용자는 복지기금협의회의 위원, 이사 및 감사에 대하여 기금법인에 관한 직무수행을 이유로 불이익한 처우를 하여서는 아니 된다.

(2) An앤 employer엠플로이어 shall섈 not낫 treat트^r릿 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 welfare웰^f페어 fund^f펀드 council,카운슬 directors,더^r렉터즈 or오 auditors아더터즈 unfavorably언^f페이^v버^r러블리 on안 the^ð더 ground그^r라운드 of어^v브 their^ð데어 performing퍼^f포밍 duties두티즈 for^f포 the^ð더 fund^f펀드 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 복지기금협의회의 위원, 이사 및 감사의 기금법인 업무수행에 필요한 시간에 대하여는 근로한 것으로 본다.
