근로복지기본법 제86조의12(해산한 공동기금법인의 재산처리)

제86조의11제1호의 사유로 공동기금법인이 해산하는 경우에는 제86조의2 및 제86조의7에 따라 공동기금법인에 출연한 비율에 따라 참여한 사업주에게 배분하여야 하며, 잔여재산이 있는 경우에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 처리한다. <개정 2020.12.8>
