근로복지기본법 제86조의4(공동근로복지기금협의회의 구성)

① 공동기금법인은 기금의 운용에 관한 주요사항을 협의ㆍ결정하기 위하여 공동근로복지기금협의회(이하 "공동기금협의회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2020.5.26>

② 공동기금협의회는 각 기업별 근로자와 사용자를 대표하는 각 1인의 위원으로 구성한다. 이 경우 근로자를 대표하는 위원은 제55조제2항을 준용하여 선출하고, 사용자를 대표하는 위원은 해당 사업의 대표자 또는 그 대표자가 위촉하는 사람이 된다.
