근로자퇴직급여 보장법 시행령 제16조의11(사용자부담금의 납입 방법 등)

① 근로복지공단은 사용자에게 법 제23조의7제1항 전단에 따른 사용자부담금 및 같은 항 후단에 따른 지연이자의 납입 방법을 정보통신망을 이용하여 안내할 수 있다.

② 법 제23조의7제2항 본문에서 "중소기업퇴직연금기금제도 가입자의 퇴직 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유가 발생한 때"란 중소기업퇴직연금기금제도 가입자가 해당 사업에서 퇴직하는 때를 말한다.
