근로자퇴직급여 보장법 시행령 제16조의15(지원금의 지원대상 등)

① 법 제23조의14제1항에 따른 지원대상은 사용자부담금, 가입자부담금 및 중소기업퇴직연금기금제도 운영에 따른 비용으로 한다. <개정 2023.12.12>

② 법 제23조의14제1항에 따른 지원수준은 사용자부담금, 가입자부담금 및 중소기업퇴직연금기금제도 운영에 따른 비용의 범위에서 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2023.12.12>
