근로자퇴직급여 보장법 시행령 제16조의16(지원금 신청절차 및 지급방법)

① 사용자 또는 가입자가 법 제23조의14제1항에 따른 지원을 받으려는 경우에는 지원금 신청서를 작성하여 고용노동부장관에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2023.12.12>

② 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 고용노동부장관은 사용자 또는 가입자가 법 제23조의14제1항에 따른 지원 요건을 갖춘 경우에는 사용자의 계좌 또는 기금제도가입자부담금계정으로 지원금을 입금해야 한다. <개정 2023.12.12>
