근로자퇴직급여 보장법 시행령 제16조의3(운영위원회의 운영 등)

① 위원장은 운영위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원장은 회의를 소집하려면 회의 개최 7일 전까지 회의의 일시, 장소 및 안건을 각 위원에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사정이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그 기간을 단축할 수 있다.

③ 운영위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð디 Operating아퍼^r레이팅 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 its잇츠 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원장은 회의의 일시, 장소, 심의ㆍ의결 사항과 각 참석자의 발언내용이 기록된 회의록을 작성하여 보관하고, 회의록의 주요 내용을 공개해야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 and앤드 keep킵 minutes미닛츠 recording^r러코딩 the^ð더 date,데잇 time,타임 and앤드 place플레이스 of어^v브 each이치 meeting,미팅 the^ð더 matters매터즈 deliberated딜리버^r레이티드 and앤드 decided,디사이디드 and앤드 the^ð더 statements스테잇먼츠 of어^v브 each이치 attendee,어텐디 and앤드 shall섈 make메이크 the^ð더 main메인 contents칸텐츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 minutes미닛츠 public.퍼블릭

⑤ 운영위원회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 「산업재해보상보험법」 제10조에 따른 근로복지공단(이하 "근로복지공단"이라 한다) 직원 중에서 위원장이 지명한다.

(5) The^ð디 Operating아퍼^r레이팅 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary,세크^r러테^r리 who후 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð디 employees엠플로이이즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Workers'워커즈 Compensation캄펀세이션 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 Service서^v비스 under언더 Article아터클 10 of어^v브 the^ð디 Industrial인더스트^r리얼 Accident액서던트 Compensation캄펀세이션 Insurance인슈^r런스 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Service").서^v비스

⑥ 운영위원회의 회의에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 지급하지 않는다.

(6) Members멤버즈 who후 attend어텐드 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Operating아퍼^r레이팅 Committee커미티 may메이 be비 paid페이드 allowances얼라원시즈 and앤드 travel트^r래^v블 expenses익스펜시즈 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 limits리멋츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 budget.버짓 However,하우에^v버 this^ð디스 does더즈 not낫 apply어플라이 where웨어 a어 public퍼블릭 official어^f피실 attends어텐즈 in인 direct더^r렉트 connection커넥션 with위^ð드 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 under언더 his히즈 or오 her허 charge.차지

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 운영위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 운영위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
