근로자퇴직급여 보장법 시행령 제30조(퇴직연금제도 모집인의 준수사항)

1. 퇴직연금제도 모집인 외의 명칭을 사용하거나 다른 퇴직연금제도 모집인의 명의를 이용하여 모집업무를 수행하는 행위
