Financial Consumer Protection Act, Article 31 (Financial Education Council)

① 금융교육에 대한 정책을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 금융위원회에 금융교육협의회(이하 "협의회"라 한다)를 둔다.

④ 협의회의 의장은 금융위원회 부위원장이 된다.

⑤ 협의회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다. <개정 2025.10.1>

⑥ 협의회는 제2항에 따른 심의ㆍ의결을 위하여 필요한 경우 관련 자료의 제출을 제5항 각 호의 기관에 요구할 수 있다.
