금융소비자 보호에 관한 법률 제53조(퇴임한 임원 등에 대한 조치내용 통보)

금융위원회(제52조에 따라 조치를 하거나 조치를 할 것을 요구할 수 있는 금융감독원장을 포함한다)는 금융상품판매업자등의 퇴임한 임원 또는 퇴직한 직원이 재임 또는 재직 중이었더라면 제52조에 따른 조치를 받았을 것으로 인정되는 경우에는 그 받았을 것으로 인정되는 조치의 내용을 해당 금융상품판매업자등의 장에게 통보할 수 있다. 이 경우 통보를 받은 금융상품판매업자등은 그 내용을 해당 임원 또는 직원에게 통보하여야 한다.
