기초연금법 시행령 제19조(신고의 방법)

① 기초연금 수급자(법 제18조제1항 단서의 경우에는 신고의무자를 말한다)는 법 제18조제1항에 따른 신고를 하려면 보건복지부령으로 정하는 신고서에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 주소지를 관할하는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 신고를 받은 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따라 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 가족관계증명서와 건물 등기사항증명서 및 토지 등기사항증명서를 확인하여야 한다. 다만, 기초연금 수급희망자가 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 그 서류를 첨부하도록 하여야 한다.
