난민법 시행령 제9조(열람 및 복사의 방법과 절차)

① 난민신청자는 법 제16조제1항에 따라 본인이 제출한 자료나 난민면접조서(이하 "면접조서등"이라 한다)의 열람이나 복사를 요청하려는 경우에는 열람이나 복사 부분을 특정하여 법무부령으로 정하는 열람신청서 또는 복사물 교부신청서를 출입국관리공무원에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 열람신청서를 받은 출입국관리공무원은 열람 일시 및 장소를 정하여 열람신청서를 제출한 난민신청자에게 통보하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따라 복사물 교부신청서를 받은 출입국관리공무원은 신청된 면접조서등을 복사하여 복사물 교부신청서를 제출한 난민신청자에게 내주어야 한다.

④ 출입국관리공무원은 면접조서등을 열람하는 과정에서 면접조서등이 훼손되지 아니하도록 열람 과정에 참여하는 등 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.

⑤ 면접조서등의 열람이나 복사를 요청하려는 난민신청자는 법무부령으로 정하는 수수료를 내야 한다.
