노동조합 및 노동관계조정법 시행령 제11조의7(회계감사원 등)

① 법 제25조에 따른 회계감사원(이하 이 조에서 "회계감사원"이라 한다)은 재무ㆍ회계 관련 업무에 종사한 경력이 있거나 전문지식 또는 경험이 풍부한 사람 등으로 한다.

(1) An앤 auditor오디터 under언더 Article아터클 25 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 an앤 "auditor"오디터 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 shall섈 be비 a어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 finance^f퍼낸스 or오 accounting어카운팅 work,워크 or오 who후 has해즈 extensive익스텐시^v브 expert엑스펏 knowledge날러지 or오 experience,익스피^r리언스 or오 the^ð더 like.라이크

② 노동조합의 대표자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 조합원이 아닌 공인회계사나 「공인회계사법」 제23조에 따른 회계법인(이하 "회계법인"이라 한다)으로 하여금 법 제25조에 따른 회계감사를 실시하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 회계감사원이 회계감사를 한 것으로 본다.
