노동관계당사자는 법 제60조제3항에 따른 조정안의 해석 또는 그 이행방법에 관하여 견해의 제시를 요청하는 경우에는 해당 조정안의 내용과 당사자의 의견 등을 적은 서면으로 해야 한다. <개정 2021.6.29>
