Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act, Article 10 (Report of Establishment)

①노동조합을 설립하고자 하는 자는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 신고서에 제11조의 규정에 의한 규약을 첨부하여 연합단체인 노동조합과 2 이상의 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도에 걸치는 단위노동조합은 고용노동부장관에게, 2 이상의 시ㆍ군ㆍ구(자치구를 말한다)에 걸치는 단위노동조합은 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ도지사에게, 그 외의 노동조합은 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 제12조제1항에서 같다)에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1998.2.20, 2006.12.30, 2010.6.4, 2014.5.20>
