노인복지법 시행령 제19조(경로우대시설의 종류 등)

①법 제26조제1항의 규정에 의하여 65세이상의 자에 대하여 그 이용요금을 할인할 수 있는 공공시설(이하 "경로우대시설"이라 한다)의 종류와 그 할인율은 별표 1과 같다. <개정 2003.5.29>

②65세이상의 자가 경로우대시설의 이용요금을 할인하여 이용하고자 하는 때에는 당해 시설의 관리자에게 주민등록증(모바일 주민등록증을 포함한다) 등 나이를 확인할 수 있는 신분증을 보여주어야 한다. <개정 2018.4.24, 2024.12.3>
