노인장기요양보험법 시행령 제18조(장기요양위원회의 운영)

① 법 제46조에 따른 장기요양위원회의 위원장은 장기요양위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다. <개정 2019.7.2>

② 부위원장은 위원장을 보좌하고, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없으면 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) The^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chairperson's체어퍼슨즈 behalf비해^f프 if이^f프 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 an앤 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reason.^r리즌

③ 장기요양위원회의 회의에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당ㆍ여비, 그 밖에 필요한 경비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관업무와 직접 관련되어 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

④ 이 영에서 정한 것 외에 장기요양위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
