Enforcement Decree of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act, Article 21-3 (Decommissioning of Members of the Grading Committee)

① 공단 이사장은 등급판정위원회 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉할 수 있다. <개정 2024.12.3>

(1) The^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 may메이 decommission디커미션 a어 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 Grading그^r레이딩 Committee커미티 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

1. 심신쇠약 등으로 장기간 직무를 수행할 수 없게 된 경우

1. Where웨어 the^ð더 member멤버 becomes비컴즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 a어 long롱 period피^r리어드 because비코즈 of어^v브 mental멘틀 or오 physical^f피지클 weakness윅니스 or오 similar시멀러 reasons;^r리즌즈

2. 직무와 관련된 비위사실이 있는 경우

3. 직무태만, 품위손상이나 그 밖의 사유로 인하여 위원으로 적합하지 아니하다고 인정되는 경우

4. 제21조의2제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 데에도 불구하고 회피하지 아니한 경우

② 법 제52조제4항 각 호 외의 부분 후단에 따라 위원을 추천한 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 해당 위원이 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 추천을 철회할 수 있다.
