노인장기요양보험법 시행령 제24조(심사위원회의 운영 등)

① 심사위원회의 회의는 위원장과 위원장이 회의를 열 때마다 지정하는 6명의 위원을 포함하여 총 7명으로 구성하되, 제23조제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 각 1명 이상 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2008.6.11>

② 심사위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 its잇츠 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 passed패스트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 심사위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 간사 1명을 두되, 공단 소속 직원 중에서 위원장이 지명한다.

(3) The^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 affairs,어^f페어즈 who후 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð디 employees엠플로이이즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Service.서^v비스

④ 이 영에서 정한 것 외에 심사위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 심사위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
