Enforcement Decree of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act, Article 25 (Composition of the Long-Term Care Re-Review Committee)

① 법 제56조제1항에 따른 장기요양재심사위원회(이하 "재심사위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 노인장기요양보험 업무를 담당하는 보건복지부의 고위공무원단 소속 공무원 중에서 보건복지부장관이 임명한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2019.6.11>

② 재심사위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자 중에서 보건복지부장관이 임명하거나 위촉한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2019.6.11>

(2) Members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Re-Review^r레이-^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 보건복지부의 4급 이상 공무원 또는 고위공무원단 소속 공무원으로 재직 중인 자

③ 재심사위원회의 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원의 임기는 재임기간으로 한다. <개정 2016.11.8, 2019.6.11>
