대부업 등의 등록 및 금융이용자 보호에 관한 법률 제18조의2(대부업 및 대부중개업 협회 설립 등)

① 대부업등의 업무질서를 유지하고, 대부업등의 건전한 발전과 이용자 보호를 위하여 대부업 및 대부중개업 협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립한다.

(1) The^ð더 Credit크^r레딧 Business비즈니스 and앤드 Loan론 Brokerage브^r로우커^r리지 Business비즈니스 Association어소우시에이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association")어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 maintain메인테인 order오더 in인 the^ð더 business비즈니스 of어^v브 the^ð더 credit크^r레딧 business,비즈니스 etc.,엣세터^r러 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð더 sound사운드 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 credit크^r레딧 business,비즈니스 etc.,엣세터^r러 and앤드 protect프^r러텍트 users.유저즈

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 협회는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 주된 사무소를 두고 필요한 곳에 지회(支會)를 둘 수 있다. <개정 2015.7.24>

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 have해^v브 its잇츠 main메인 office,오^f피스 and앤드 may메이 have해^v브 branches브^r랜치즈 where웨어 necessary,네서세^r리 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

④ 협회는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(4) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 formed^f폼드 by바이 registering^r레지스터^r링 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 main메인 office,오^f피스 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

⑤ 이 법에 따른 협회가 아닌 자는 대부업 및 대부중개업 협회 또는 이와 비슷한 명칭을 사용하지 못한다.

(5) No노우 one원 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 under언더 this^ð디스 Act액트 shall섈 use유스 the^ð더 name네임 "Credit크^r레딧 Business비즈니스 and앤드 Loan론 Brokerage브^r로우커^r리지 Business비즈니스 Association"어소우시에이션 or오 any에니 similar시멀러 name.네임
