대부업 등의 등록 및 금융이용자 보호에 관한 법률 제18조의5(가입 등)

① 대부업자등은 협회에 가입할 수 있다. 다만, 금융위원회에 등록된 대부업자등, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 자는 협회에 가입하여야 한다. <개정 2015.7.24>

② 협회는 대부업자등이 협회에 가입하려는 경우 정당한 사유 없이 그 가입을 거부하거나 가입에 부당한 조건을 부과하여서는 아니 된다.

③ 협회는 회원에게 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 회비를 징수할 수 있다.
