대한민국헌법 제44조

①국회의원은 현행범인인 경우를 제외하고는 회기 중 국회의 동의없이 체포 또는 구금되지 아니한다.

②국회의원이 회기 전에 체포 또는 구금된 때에는 현행범인이 아닌 한 국회의 요구가 있으면 회기 중 석방된다.

(2) If이^f프 a어 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Assembly어셈블리 was워즈 arrested어^r레스티드 or오 detained디테인드 before비^f포 a어 session세션 began,비갠 the^ð더 member멤버 shall섈 be비 released^r릴리스트 during두^r링 the^ð더 session세션 if이^f프 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Assembly어셈블리 so소우 requests,^r리퀘스츠 unless언레스 he히 or오 she쉬 was워즈 caught캇 in인 the^ð디 act액트 of어^v브 committing커미팅 a어 crime.크^r라임
