도로교통법 시행령 제31조의2(어린이통학버스 운영자 등에 대한 안전교육)

① 법 제53조의3제1항에 따른 어린이통학버스의 안전운행 등에 관한 교육(이하 "어린이통학버스 안전교육"이라 한다)은 한국도로교통공단 또는 어린이교육시설등을 관리하는 주무기관의 장이 실시한다. <개정 2014.12.31, 2020.11.10, 2023.12.19, 2024.7.23>

(1) The^ð디 education에저케이션 on안 the^ð더 safe세이^f프 operation,아퍼^r레이션 etc.엣세터^r러 of어^v브 children's칠드^r런즈 commuter커뮤터 buses버시즈 under언더 Article아터클 53-3 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "children's칠드^r런즈 commuter커뮤터 bus버스 safety세이^f프티 education")에저케이션 shall섈 be비 provided프^r러^v바이디드 by바이 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Road^r로우드 Traffic트^r래^f픽 Authority어^θ쏘^r러티 or오 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 that^ð댓 manages매니지즈 children's칠드^r런즈 education에저케이션 facilities,^f퍼실러티즈 etc.엣세터^r러

② 어린이통학버스를 운영하는 사람과 운전하는 사람 및 법 제53조제3항에 따라 어린이통학버스에 동승하는 보호자(이하 "동승보호자"라 한다)는 직전에 어린이통학버스 안전교육을 받은 날부터 기산(起算)하여 2년이 되는 날이 속하는 해의 1월 1일부터 12월 31일 사이에 법 제53조의3제2항제2호에 따른 정기 안전교육을 받아야 한다. <신설 2014.12.31, 2020.11.10>

(2) Persons퍼슨즈 who후 operate아퍼^r레잇 or오 drive드^r라이^v브 a어 children's칠드^r런즈 commuter커뮤터 bus버스 and앤드 guardians가디언즈 who후 ride^r라이드 along얼롱 in인 a어 children's칠드^r런즈 commuter커뮤터 bus버스 under언더 Article아터클 53 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "accompanying어컴퍼니잉 guardians")가디언즈 shall섈 receive^r러시^v브 periodic피^r리아딕 safety세이^f프티 education에저케이션 under언더 Article아터클 53-3 (2) 2 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 between비트윈 January재뉴에^r리 1 and앤드 December디셈버 31 of어^v브 the^ð더 year이어 in인 which위치 the^ð더 day데이 two투 years이어즈 after애^f프터 the^ð더 date데잇 they^ð데이 last래스트 received^r러시^v브드 children's칠드^r런즈 commuter커뮤터 bus버스 safety세이^f프티 education에저케이션 falls.^f폴즈

③ 어린이통학버스 안전교육은 다음 각 호의 사항에 대하여 강의ㆍ시청각교육 등의 방법으로 3시간 이상 실시한다. <개정 2014.12.31>

(3) Children's칠드^r런즈 commuter커뮤터 bus버스 safety세이^f프티 education에저케이션 shall섈 be비 provided프^r러^v바이디드 for^f포 at앳 least리스트 three^θ쓰^r리 hours아워즈 on안 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters매터즈 through^θ쓰^r루 lectures,렉처즈 audiovisual오디오^v비주얼 education,에저케이션 or오 similar시멀러 methods:메^θ써즈

④ 어린이통학버스 안전교육을 실시한 기관의 장은 어린이통학버스 안전교육을 이수한 사람에게 행정안전부령으로 정하는 교육확인증을 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2014.12.31, 2017.7.26>

(4) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 an앤 institution인스티투션 that^ð댓 has해즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 children's칠드^r런즈 commuter커뮤터 bus버스 safety세이^f프티 education에저케이션 shall섈 issue이슈 a어 certificate서티^f피컷 of어^v브 education에저케이션 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety세이^f프티 to투 persons퍼슨즈 who후 have해^v브 completed컴플리티드 it.잇

⑤ 어린이통학버스의 운영자와 운전자 및 동승보호자는 제4항에 따라 발급받은 교육확인증을 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 비치해야 한다. <개정 2014.12.31, 2020.11.10>

(5) Operators아퍼^r레이터즈 and앤드 drivers드^r라이^v버즈 of어^v브 children's칠드^r런즈 commuter커뮤터 buses버시즈 and앤드 accompanying어컴퍼니잉 guardians가디언즈 shall섈 keep킵 the^ð더 certificates서티^f피킷츠 of어^v브 education에저케이션 issued이슈드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) as애즈 follows:^f팔로즈

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 어린이통학버스 안전교육의 실시에 필요한 교재, 공지 등에 관한 구체적인 사항은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2014.12.31, 2017.7.26>
