도로교통법 시행령 제35조(인공구조물 등의 반환 등)

① 경찰서장은 법 제71조제2항 및 법 제72조제2항에 따라 보관한 인공구조물 등이나 그 매각대금을 점유자등에게 반환하려는 경우에는 반환받을 자의 성명ㆍ주소 및 주민(법인)등록번호를 확인하여 그 자가 정당한 권리자임을 확인하여야 한다.

② 경찰서장은 제1항에 따라 인공구조물 등이나 그 매각대금을 반환할 때에는 인공구조물 등을 제거ㆍ운반ㆍ보관 또는 매각하는 등에 든 비용을 점유자등으로부터 징수할 수 있다.
