도로교통법 시행령 제70조의2(수강료등의 조정)

① 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 학원등의 설립ㆍ운영자가 정당한 이유 없이 운전교육 또는 기능검정 등에 드는 비용(이하 "수강료등"이라 한다)을 원가 미만으로 받는 등의 사유로 학원교육을 부실하게 할 우려가 있다고 인정할 때에는 법 제110조제4항에 따라 그 학원등의 설립ㆍ운영자에게 수강료등의 조정을 권고할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.31>

② 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 학원등의 설립ㆍ운영자가 제1항에 따른 수강료등의 조정 권고에 따르지 아니하는 경우에는 수강료조정위원회의 심의를 거쳐 수강료등의 조정을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.31>

③ 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 조정 업무의 수행을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 법 제141조제2항에 따라 학원등의 설립ㆍ운영자에게 원가계산서 등 수강료등의 산정에 관한 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.31>

④ 제2항에 따른 수강료조정위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
