도로교통법 시행령 제97조(범칙금 징수사항 기록부의 비치)

① 경찰서장 또는 제주특별자치도지사는 제96조제4항에 따라 수납기관으로부터 범칙금 수납 사실을 통보받은 때마다 해당 징수사항을 범칙금 징수사항 기록부에 기록하여야 한다. 다만, 전자매체를 통하여 통보받은 경우에는 수납 사실을 출력하여 보관하는 것으로 그 기록을 대신할 수 있다.

② 경찰서장이 제94조제2항에 따라 범칙자의 주소지를 관할하는 경찰서장에게 범칙자 적발보고서 사본을 발송한 경우에는 이를 받은 경찰서장이 제1항에 따른 기록 또는 출력ㆍ보관을 하여야 한다.
