Road Traffic Act, Article 119 (Association of Specialized Driving Schools)

① 전문학원의 설립자는 전문학원의 건전한 육성발전과 전문학원 간의 상호협조 및 공동이익의 증진을 위하여 자동차운전 전문학원연합회(이하 "연합회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

④ 제3항에 따른 정관은 경찰청장의 인가를 받아야 한다. 정관을 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다.

(4) The^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) shall섈 be비 approved어프^r루^v브드 by바이 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 General제너^r럴 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korean코^r리언 National내셔늘 Police펄리스 Agency.에이전시 The^ð더 same세임 shall섈 apply어플라이 to투 any에니 amendment어멘드먼트 to투 them.^ð뎀

⑤ 연합회는 다음 각 호의 사업을 한다.

⑥ 경찰청장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 연합회를 감독하며, 연합회의 건전한 운영을 위하여 필요한 명령을 할 수 있다.
