도로교통법 제9조(행렬등의 통행)

① 학생의 대열과 그 밖에 보행자의 통행에 지장을 줄 우려가 있다고 인정하여 대통령령으로 정하는 사람이나 행렬(이하 "행렬등"이라 한다)은 제8조제1항 본문에도 불구하고 차도로 통행할 수 있다. 이 경우 행렬등은 차도의 우측으로 통행하여야 한다.

② 행렬등은 사회적으로 중요한 행사에 따라 시가를 행진하는 경우에는 도로의 중앙을 통행할 수 있다.

③ 경찰공무원은 도로에서의 위험을 방지하고 교통의 안전과 원활한 소통을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 행렬등에 대하여 구간을 정하고 그 구간에서 행렬등이 도로 또는 차도의 우측(자전거도로가 설치되어 있는 차도에서는 자전거도로를 제외한 부분의 우측을 말한다)으로 붙어서 통행할 것을 명하는 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다.
