도로법 시행령 제66조(소심의회)

① 관리심의회는 주요지하매설물에 대한 안전대책 등을 심의ㆍ조정할 안전대책소심의회와 도로의 중복굴착을 방지하기 위하여 사업시기 등을 심의ㆍ조정할 중복굴착소심의회(이하 "소심의회"라 한다. 이하 같다)를 둘 수 있다.

② 소심의회의 위원장은 관리심의회의 위원장이 겸하고, 소심의회의 위원은 관리심의회의 위원 중 10명 이상 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. 이 경우 소심의회에는 제63조제3항제3호부터 제5호까지의 규정에 해당하는 위원이 2명 이상 포함되어야 한다.

③ 소심의회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

④ 관리심의회가 위임한 사항 중 소심의회의 심의ㆍ조정을 거친 사항은 관리심의회의 심의ㆍ조정을 거친 것으로 본다.
