도로법 제25조(도로구역의 결정)

① 도로관리청은 도로 노선의 지정ㆍ변경 또는 폐지의 고시가 있으면 지체 없이 해당 도로의 도로구역을 결정ㆍ변경 또는 폐지하여야 한다.

② 상급도로의 도로관리청(이하 "상급도로관리청"이라 한다)은 제1항에도 불구하고 해당 상급도로에 접속되거나 연결되는 하급도로(제10조 각 호에 따른 도로의 순위를 기준으로 해당 도로보다 낮은 순위의 도로를 말한다. 이하 같다)의 접속구간 또는 연결구간의 도로구역을 결정ㆍ변경 또는 폐지할 수 있다. 이 경우 상급도로관리청은 미리 하급도로의 도로관리청(이하 "하급도로관리청"이라 한다)의 동의를 받아야 한다.

③ 도로관리청은 제1항이나 제2항에 따라 도로구역을 결정ㆍ변경 또는 폐지하면 그 사유, 위치, 면적 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 구체적으로 밝혀 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 고시하고, 그 도면을 일반인이 열람할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.
