독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 시행령 제61조(위원의 기피ㆍ회피)

① 법 제67조제2항에 따라 기피를 신청하려는 자는 위원장에게 그 원인을 명시하여 신청해야 한다.

② 기피사유는 기피를 신청한 날부터 3일 이내에 서면으로 소명해야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 grounds그^r라운즈 for^f포 the^ð더 challenge챌런지 shall섈 be비 explained익스플레인드 in인 writing^r라이팅 within위^ð딘 three^θ쓰^r리 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 the^ð더 challenge챌런지 was워즈 filed.^f파일드

③ 법 제67조제2항 전단에 따른 기피신청을 받은 위원은 지체 없이 기피신청에 대한 의견서를 위원장에게 제출해야 한다.

(3) A어 commissioner커미셔너 subject서브젝트 to투 a어 challenge챌런지 under언더 the^ð더 first^f퍼스트 sentence센튼스 of어^v브 Article아터클 67 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 submit서브밋 a어 written^r리튼 opinion어피니언 on안 the^ð더 challenge챌런지 to투 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 without위^ð다웃 delay.딜레이

④ 위원이 법 제67조제3항에 따라 회피를 하려는 경우에는 위원장의 허가를 받아야 한다.

(4) A어 commissioner커미셔너 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 recuse^r리큐즈 himself힘셀^f프 or오 herself허셀^f프 under언더 Article아터클 67 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 obtain어브테인 the^ð더 permission퍼미션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Chairperson.체어퍼슨
