독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 시행령 제66조(대표자의 선정)

① 다수 사업자가 동일한 사안에 대해 공동으로 분쟁조정을 신청하는 경우에는 신청인 중 3명 이내의 대표자를 선정할 수 있다.

② 협의회의 위원장은 신청인이 제1항에 따라 대표자를 선정하지 않는 경우 신청인에게 대표자를 선정할 것을 권고할 수 있다.

③ 신청인이 대표자를 선정하거나 변경하는 경우에는 그 사실을 지체 없이 협의회의 위원장에게 알려야 한다.
