독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 시행령 제83조(시정조치의 집행정지)

법 제97조에 따라 시정조치의 집행정지 또는 집행정지결정의 취소를 신청하려는 자는 신청의 취지와 원인을 적은 신청서에 신청의 사유나 내용을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 공정거래위원회에 제출해야 한다.
