독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 제121조(관계 기관 등의 장의 협조)

① 공정거래위원회는 이 법의 시행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 관계 행정기관의 장이나 그 밖의 기관 또는 단체의 장의 의견을 들을 수 있다.

② 공정거래위원회는 이 법의 시행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 관계 행정기관의 장이나 그 밖의 기관 또는 단체의 장에게 필요한 조사를 의뢰하거나 필요한 자료를 요청할 수 있다.

③ 공정거래위원회는 이 법에 따른 시정조치의 이행을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계 행정기관의 장이나 그 밖의 기관 또는 단체의 장에게 필요한 협조를 의뢰할 수 있다.
